Qualifications and conditions for applying NON-IMMIGRANT 'B'

- 1. Foreigner must have Work Permit : or work permit substitution for foreigner form บต.32 (WP.3)
- 2. Foreigner must have temporary stay type 'B' (Non-B) : visa stamp and meet legally required salary/income
- 3. Employing company must have registered : and fully paid-up capital of at least 2 million baht
